Delhi’s Vidhan Sabha turned into a full-blown reality show on its second day, with AAP MLAs putting up a performance that would make Bollywood jealous! The chaos was so intense that Speaker Vijender Gupta had to summon the marshals to kick out three MLAs. But did that stop the madness? Not! Within minutes, more evictions followed, including the former Chief Minister and Leader of Opposition, Atishi.
Meanwhile, the BJP came armed with their latest script “Sheeshmahal: The story of Missing Toilets and Golden Luxuries!” The party claimed that AAP spent a jaw-dropping ₹80 crore on curtains, ₹64 lakh on televisions, ₹10 lakh on a sofa, and ₹12 lakh on gold-plated toilet seats! But hold on, because many of these items are missing. Matlab, kisi ne curtains uthaa liye? Aur sona-chandi wala toilet bhi gaayab? Kya baat hai! The missing gold-plated toilet seats! Forget corruption for a second who steals a toilet seat? Imagine waking up one day and thinking, “Chalo yaar, aaj ek gold-plated camode churate hain.”
AAP’s Priyanka Kakkar, however, had a different take. “Arrey, bas routine CAG report hai! Koi tension nahi. Waise, BJP Dwarka Expressway ka hisaab kab dega?” she shot back. Meanwhile, BJP spokesperson Pradeep Bhandari was fuming, demanding, “Janta ka paisa wapas karo! Kya hum taxpayers ne CM ke liye Sheeshmahal banane ka contract sign kiya tha?”
BJP’s Virendra Sachdeva claimed that the CAG report raised 139 questions on the Sheeshmahal fiasco. The ₹45 crores spent during the COVID-19 crisis has also raised eyebrows, making people wonder if Delhi is fighting a pandemic or planning a royal makeover.
