Triggered Insaan (Nischay Malhan) and Ruchika Rathore just broke the internet with their dreamy hilltop wedding
Popular Indian YouTuber Triggered Insaan, whose real name is Nischay Malhan, has officially bid farewell to the joys of bachelorhood! The great announcement of his marriage has caused quite a storm on social media.
Nischay, best known for his hilarious roast videos, heartfelt discussions, and relatable reaction videos, got everyone buzzing about his surprise announcement. Triggered Insaan has officially tied the knot with his long-time love Ruchika Rathore, and the internet is obsessed.
The couple, who have been dating since 2018, said “I do” at an elegant, romantic ceremony in the peaceful hills of Himachal Pradesh.
The couple selected a gorgeous ITC Hotel in Chail, Himachal Pradesh, a retreat on top of a hill with scenic views and a dreamlike feel. While the date of the ceremony itself is reported differently (some say June 9, 2025, others say June 10), however, it is certain that the celebrations took place from June 7-10, beginning with pre-wedding rituals, and culminating in a beautiful wedding day.
Ruchika Rathore stole the spotlight in an elegant red Sabyasachi lehenga that mixed the traditional with the contemporary. She completed her bridal look with her chooda, an oxidised maang tikka, and a bold nath while leaving her hair in a loose style, and opting for soft and fresh makeup, that made her look like a modern fairytale bride.
Nischay Malhan, meanwhile, wore a very stylish ivory/beige sherwani from Madaan Tailors. He added his spin with a matching turban, and of course, his signature black sunglasses that looked more cool and influencer swagger than fawn yet coordinated.
Videos and photos of the couple’s haldi ceremony tumbled all over Instagram and X as it was quickly posted by fans of the couple who loved their playful and excited entrances.
Nischay stated a few videos ago that the start of the pre-wedding started on June 7 and the wedding’s official ceremony was on June 9.
What was also absolutely breathtaking about this wedding was how organic and real everything felt.
The candid shots of Ruchika carrying on her varmala with utmost confidence to Nischay, injecting his iconic sunnies in the middle of the ceremony, made for moments full of joy, character, and Gen-Z.
Not only is Ruchika Rathore a popular social media personality, but she also has a journalism degree received from Delhi University and has extensive experience in the creative field.
She began her career by editing videos specifically for Dimple Malhan’s YouTube channel, before starting her content creation career based on fashion, lifestyle, and GRWM videos.
Ruchika, who was born on November 1, 1999, was approximately 25 years old at the time of her wedding. Nischay was born on November 14, 1995, and was 29 when they got married, making them a few years apart in age.
As of now, Ruchika has about 750K YouTube subscribers and 1.4M followers on Instagram, and her estimated worth is between ₹1–1.6 crores, earned through brand deals and video editing work.
Nischay’s brother Abhishek Malhan (“Fukra Insaan”) is fresh off his recent stardom from Bigg Boss OTT, and their mother and sister also have YouTube channels. The whole family is entrenched in the world of content, which makes this wedding a big moment for all of them and a treat for fans.
